Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.,
Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price will apply to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the product.
Customer Pays Freight
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
